Apple confirms iPad 3 Announcement Event on the 7th of March 2012!

The long awaited iPad 3 announcement has been confirmed by Apple through sending out invitations to the media and press for its press event next week scheduled for the 7th of March 2012 which will be held in San Francisco's Yerba Buena Center for the Arts in downtown San Francisco.

The invite says only "We have something you really have to see. And touch." With an image showing a finger hitting the calendar icon on what seems to be a part of an iPad device and which is set to Wednesday the 7th of March.

iPad 3 is widely believed to boast a retina display graphics resolution, a higher camera resolution which is estimated at 8 megapixels, a faster processor either a dual core or quad core A5x or could be a quad core A6 chip, SIRI enabled, LTE supported and Apple's next generation tablet pc could also witness a new operating system version upgrade release; the iOs 5.1

Well, 7 days to go before we really find out what Apple has for us this year, but whatever it's going to be, one thing for sure is that it will sell loads like they have accomplished with both iPad 3 predecessors and the iPhone product line!
